Staci Berger

Staci Berger is the Vice President of Provider Network Solutions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas (BCBSKS), the state’s largest and only locally owned health plan. As a mutually owned, not-for-profit health plan, BCBSKS serves nearly one million members with the state’s largest provider network and award-winning customer service.

Berger develops and executes innovative network programs and creates high-value network products and solutions that enhance the value and effectiveness of health care services for BCBSKS members. With a keen focus on collaboration with providers, clinics and hospitals, she works to ensure that all members receive high-quality care. She has served in this role since 2024.

Bringing more than 20 years of experience in the health care industry, Berger previously held significant roles at UnitedHealthCare and Humana. Her extensive background in health care operations and network optimization is integral to her work at BCBSKS, where she strives to create solutions that meet the evolving needs of the state's largest provider network.

A native Kansan, Berger is deeply passionate about serving our members and improving health care outcomes in her community.
