Grant Request

For grant requests of $5,000 or less:

1. Review the information on qualifying organizations, the Foundation's service area and non-eligible activities to be sure your organization and proposed program are eligible.

2. The grant application is available here. Please complete all fields of the application or the request cannot be submitted.

3. The online grant application requires the attachment of your organization's IRS Section 501(c)(3) determination letter when submitting the request.
