2025 Blue Medicare Advantage Stars Incentive Program
As a valued Blue Medicare Advantage (MA) provider with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas (BCBSKS), we recognize your daily contributions providing and coordinating quality care to our fellow Kansans. BCBSKS looks to reward your efforts accordingly through our 2025 Blue Medicare Advantage Stars Incentive Program.
For the 2025 measurement year (MY) we have removed the uncontrolled blood pressure incentive, increased medication adherence measures from $50 to $100 and added kidney health evaluation for patients with diabetes (KED) at $100.

The incentives above are a fixed dollar amount per star gap closed by the end of the year, based upon patient attribution as of Dec. 2025.

- June 2025– Monthly scorecards and member-level detail reports for 2025 measurement year targeted to be available on BlueAccess®
- June 2025 – Final 2024 MA Stars Incentive Program scorecards and payout
