BCBSKS Partnering with Apixio

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas has partnered with Apixio to improve payment integrity.

Beginning at the end of July, Apixio will be reviewing inpatient Medicare Severity Diagnosis Related Groups (MS-DRGs) claims and requesting medical records as needed.

Medical records contact information fields have been added to the online provider information in BlueAccess (Availity login required). Please ensure the medical records contact information is properly updated.
