Provider Data Attestation Reminder
Maintaining accurate provider information is critically important to ensure consumers have timely access to care. Updated information helps Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas (BCBSKS) maintain accurate provider directories and ensure providers are easily accessible by our members.
All providers need to review and attest to the business and provider information every 90 days through the Provider Portal, as required by the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA).
To access the Provider Portal, sign in through Availity.com, and select BCBSKS under Payer Spaces.
- If the information on file is up-to-date and accurate, please proceed to the bottom of the form and select the button that states, “I agree that any information I have provided in the form above is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. Where I have not provided updates, I agree that the information on file is up-to-date.” and submit the form.
- If the information needs to be updated, please submit the changes for any items as needed in the online form. Once changes are complete, proceed to select the statement of accuracy at the bottom of the form.
Any future changes must be communicated to BCBSKS as soon as possible through the above listed process. Please contact your BCBSKS provider representative if you have any further questions or would like assistance.
