Submit Your Hospice Rate Letters

Maintaining accurate provider information is critically important to ensure proper reimbursement. Updated information helps Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas (BCBSKS) maintain records and ensure providers are reimbursed appropriately.

Per the contract agreement, hospice rates are updated to the contracting provider’s current Medicare rate upon notification from the provider. The change in rates will be effective the first of the month following notification. If updated rate information is not received from the provider, no change in reimbursement will be made.

Please provide updated rate information on company letterhead, to include the tax ID & national provider identifier (NPI) for all applicable facilities. This information can be emailed to [email protected] or mailed to Institutional Relations at 1133 SW Topeka Blvd, Topeka, KS 66629.
